WK1 Exploration: Start A Blog & Tell A Story

Before I started the MCBS program I was looking for a new direction to take in my professional career.

I had always thought college was just another business, another way to get into debt and I could get by with work experience and certifications along the way.

But then, I started feeling like I had reached a limit and I was no longer growing professionally.

Because of that, I started searching for new avenues I could take or hobbies I could apply myself to like creative writing.

Because of that, I landed on Full Sail University, which I had heard of in the past, but now there were had new programs apart from music production and film.

Because of that, in a matter of a few days, I was enrolled in the Media Communications online program and was scheduled to start in January 2017.

Now, I am already entering my 6th month of school and it is going extremely well.

Ever since I decided to pursue my passion for media, I feel good because I am accomplishing a goal I gave up on a long time ago and I am pursuing something I love to do and gives my professional career meaning.
